I have 17 years of experience in all phases of custom wood finishing and custom paint application. The
airbrush is another tool I am proficient with. I have the reputation as being the custom coatings tech to call
when you need it done right and within tight time constraints. Satisfaction guaranteed. I am proficient with
all types of chemical coatings; catalyzed conversion varnish, nitrocellulose lacquers, precat lacquers,
waterborne acrylics, tung oil and urethane (hand wiped). I am also proficient in troubleshooting and
repairing spray systems, pumps, pressure pots, cup guns, and gravity fed spray guns, direct feed spray
guns and airbrushes. I have worked with many types of spray equipment including Binks, Devibiss,
Accuspray, Graco, Pasche, and Iwata. I am well versed in the application of automotive type finishing
systems, solvent and waterborne. I also apply custom paint from white to black, including, but not limited to
ueros, lacquers, enamels, epoxies, kandies, pearls, and basecoat clear coat systems.

I have completed many high profile projects which include custom paint on musical instruments, guitars for
the rock band Vixen, and other merchandise airbrushed and painted for the band. I also have several
pieces that were completed at Realwood products for the Warhol Museum, and the Smithsonian. The most
recent project was the Sundance Theatre in Madison Wisconsin in 2007 which is owned by Robert
Redford. The wood used in that project had been submerged underwater for hundreds of years,
originating in Ashland Wisconsin.
